I don’t know what’s going on with some people here lately. Punishment, limitations of game mechanics, suggestions of horrible mechanics. Punishment is not going to solve anything, on the contrary.
Let people have fun and the game will grow, apply restrictions of all kinds and the game will have a hard time, especially on Steam.
The game has many flaws, most related to the player base, and this is not the best way to fix them.
Instead of punishing players for leaving, give them a reward for playing and staying.

I don’t like 1, 3 and half of 4. More players, I don’t know, the servers will explode I guess.
I’m fine with giving more XP, but overall the current amount isn’t that bad.
well maybe but still I don’t think it will anyway if server can handle custom mode with mod too. mostly thing that make server is ddos always ddos.
And? You can’t play the game so it literally makes no difference if you log off or wait out the timer

ive been saying this since i started which wasnt long ago, a penalty for early deseration is a must…something like a no score for the next 2 folowing games compouded per quit would put a end to it…

proud to be deserter. game has some utterly shit game modes and maps, as well as incompetent teams that just arent worth spending 10 minutes with.
i will not compromise what is my fun time so i dont “ruin” fun of other players that arent respecting my fun time when they are camping and not defending/attacking cap.

no, if i am not enjoying a match i leave. i do not own any obligations to a questionable team nor any obligations to players that play like actual animals

to be fair mad, I recently quit like 80% of all matches that arent Invasion.
I am just fed up with unnecessary game modes that are either not balanced, or don’t allow for vehicle gameplay.
Am I the problem? Don’t care, I only want to play invasion.

nah, this is not on community. most of it is on devs that dont implement features that community wants. like map/mode veto. most people on forum just dont want to plays train, assault or conquest.
then you have badly balanced maps that were last balanced year or two ago with whatever player side was popular then and are totally unbalanced for situation now.
then you have shitty crossplay that sometimes puts 6-10 console players vs full pc team, or just absolute newbies who didnt learn how critical rally points are cause of shit tutorial or how critical it is to rush into cap point and not to stay outside of it and camp and snipe

I agree with you, but I think the punishments are too harsh. I think there should be the regular punishments, plus just a temporary 5 minute ban until you can play another match.
