If other people realize that this is an unfair game, what they should do is just quit and tell the developers that I donāt want to play the shit you designed.

This is a game, and Gaijin game to be exact. No-one should be compelled to take part in any game that wonāt bring him/her enjoyment - and noone wants to play (objectively) loosing side.
The only solution to this issue is: Introduce āskillā measure and place unskilled players in 50% AI filled lobbies to let them enjoy the game, progress decently fast and learn something usefull.
