we need more ammo ingame… maybe even ways to refill ammo at points which are not build by engi’s
because i keep running out even with ammo pouches etc.

No we don’t need more ammo, we need icons for ammunition boxes and points for building ammunition boxes and points for every player who refills ammunition from it.
Engineers can build ammunition boxes and you can also equip your soldiers with ammo packs or a backpack + ammo packs I think.

Only one of additional equipment pieces can be equipped - ammo pouch/grenade pouch/backpack

I feel like some weapons have a good amount like SMGs and snipers but the standard bolt actions, semis and LMGs…they need atleast a 25% or more increase in base ammo
and also a point where we can resupply our tanks because most of the times I will just run out of ammo, and won’t be able to do anything
We need historical amounts of ammo. Any rifleman would be equipped with at least their rifle and 50 bullets, in 10 stripper clips, not counting other weapon types. This would be the MINIMUM amount of ammo. Extra ammo, equipment, etc, would be relatively common. Currently, we carry HALF of the MINIMUM historical ammo. For some weapons, like FG42, it is even worse: you only get 2 magazines. Historically, you’d be carrying 4-5 magazines.
Funny enough, SMGs actually do have mostly historical magazine counts.

The ammo pouches should allow you to carry more than one or 2 mags
These are default ammo counts. In real life, a soldier would also be able to carry extra ammo with ammo pouched, but that would be on top of the historically minimal ammo amounts.
SMGs get more ammo than the squad machine gun. 90 rounds for a bren gun!? What a joke. Historical ammo load out is all we really need

i just unlock gw 41 semi-auto rifle.
it’s good for more agressive attacks and funny to use,i’m really satisfied
i just find very sad to have only 30ammos max to carry on battles. 2 reload and 1 ready to use
Bolt and MP guns can reload 4 times before running out of ammo
Would it be possible to have the same thing for semi-auto guns? 4 reload?
I know about ammo pouch but i’m more interested in taking extra medi kits instead.
You get the exact same ammount of ammo with G41 as when using bolt action rifles. The only difference is that they reload after every 5 shots, and G41 reloads after 10 shots. There is no need for changing that - use your ammo carefully, build ammo crates or usa ammo bag (but you said that you don’t want to use that option) and you should be fine.

yep i saw that.
I was asking that cause rate of fire of gw41 is minimum 4-5 faster than a bolt.
less damage but better fire rate
And only 30 ammos it’s a bit short
i did for sure
it’s useful in defense but in attack you have to fall back to refill your gun and go back to fight.
The probability of success doing that is low.
It was possible before to take one extra mag from ammo box.
But since 1 or 2 update it’s over
