We get more armored cars

Personally I think the game is lacking in armored cars in the tech tree like the allies and axis I think it would add a bit of spice into the game that some of the vehicles lack

Example in files they have the AEC MkII

yeah i wonder what’s the deal with the AEC.
has been sitting in the editor for ages.

it would make for a fine premium / event vehicle,

yet, more vehicles have been implemented afterwards and still came earlier as event, tech trees and premium before this thing.

Yeah I saw ur post you did when I was trying to find anything about vehicles in the editor and saw the AEC and that Italian AA truck… bed thing? I hope they actually make use of these things & won’t make them rot like a bunch of guns in the editor too

There are no good maps to run the armoured cars on… The only chance these vehicles had was on Tunisia maps which were thankfully the least cluttered and offered the best options for vehicle maneouvre around the usual melee around caps. As it stands there is no point in playing these because they are poorly armoured and will get easily stuck either in the mud that seems ubiquitous to all maps or the various debris/artefacts stewn specifically to channel armour.

I found this picture of aec. I think it was supposed to be premium in tunisia

It wasn’t if you go through the thread like I have it was a glitch that happened it shown vehicles like one of the stugs we have in the prems for the German before it was released

Tunisia exist plus places like Berlin or Moscow you can easily use the armored vehicles to flank and move

Tunisia no longer “exists” its just a random map, which you can no longer count on… To equip a vehicle useable only in a small portion of maps/ or under limited circumstances would be foolish, unless its all you have as part of progression and the previous tracked vehicle had been blown up.
Even more so if your slots are limited.

There are only a couple of maps on Moscow where the terrain is permissible enough / not channeling to allow some freedom of maneouvre for wheeled vehicles, nevertheless those are covered with snow, which impedes wheeled vehicles significantly more than tracked, so if you’re playing Moscow the tracked vehicles are the go to.

I have the BA-11 and I don’t use it much because its so limited in its maneouvre, and I can do much better with a BT-7 or even 5. Its moderately weak even at BR I, essentially a glass cannon, made even weaker by its lack of mobility and impeded by a large turning circle.
Berlin maps are likewise sparse for maneouvre, however, irrespective of that this is a BR 5 map and no wheeled vehicle has any place on this map. I doubt that by BR 5 players don’t have at least one heavy tank or TD…
