We aim like Spider-Man

Sensitivity cap for realism. I find it bit dumb how my dude and others can swing their gun around faster cause I changed a slider in the magic menu of the gods. Would even be able to make it a new perk option for faster weapon aiming.

For instance the ADS time and 180 time on an anti-tank rifle is pretty much the same as a pistol. All cause I tweaked a menu option or cranked my DPI up outside the game.

I know this may seem like a negligible issue but I believe it could make for big difference in the fact I can 360 a tank with a 50 pound gun or not… was a cool shot off the hip but felt kinda cheap tbh

Pc players can pull a 180 and melee me before I can even put my joystick to the side

There already is a faster aiming perk

To make the guns feel like they weigh different amounts maybe melee attack speed with the butt of a weapon should increase if it’s lighter. For example pistol should attack really fast

This should also be a thing, but I kinda like the idea of dynamic sensitivity based on weapon weight

perks suck and make the game unrealistic

I mean, the game is very loosely based on realism to start with, but for me at least, the perk system is an RPG element that a player can work towards. It adds a little longevity to the game, and mini goals to keep a player interested.

There are but not along the lines of what I meant. The movement is a bit robotic at the moment to really see what I’m talking about but if you have more visible arm sway on screen you’ll see exactly what I mean.

Look down while running and do a full 360 with everything maxed. Maybe it’s just me but bro is whipping his torso around like he’s about to snap at the hip. The sight line to arms to legs rotation is really off an higher sensitivity really shows it bad. It’s not only immersion breaking and unrealistic it’s just plain out ugly. So the perk thing was to have some “lore” for lack of a better word on why it was fixed if it is

Yeah I agree, although it would be good if the devs actually playtested their perks to ensure that they are appropriate and sensible for a WWII milieu. Most of the current ones are ok, some are a bit cringy and smack of pure gameisms, and start to irritate my suspension of disbelief for the current gameplay.
