Yep i still stand that i felt the PPD which i picked up performed same accurately mid range as the MP35L which makes it dangerously higher rated and crazy effectively then the regular MP38 that germans start with which make the campaign unbalanced from the start. So with that said im asking what does Germany has to add up for this from the start ? Lvl 2 wise ?

Itās not about some particular weapons.
Itās about whole factionās strength.
Players keep playing Soviet because itās not get nerfed hard enough. From all kinds of aspect.

Well those tips the balance but yeah. If we want to go deeper their Biplane is more effectively as an example because of its 2 turret extra and then comes the IL2.
But ik its an delicate matter of balance in play with different factors in mind. How ever lets stick to one thing on a time and at lvl 2 as one example. Since there is rly an factor here why Germany is struggling at attacking and defending in CQC. Im not aposed to the fact that the Russians have better smgs but when its substantial with nothing countering it at that lvl span then its questionable for sure
I mean if the devs have at least one thing in mind that Germany will come later in the campaign then fine which they do in a way but Russian technology hangs around in the mid range somehow for the balance close by
But sorry this is about Berlin not Moscow

MG42/FG42, so much better at CQC than SMGs. Just for its >10 damage. Instant knock down.
Also thereās two 9-soldiers rifle squads that can use FG/MG. Far more powerful than SMG squads.
But still is, player still keep playing Soviet faction, due to itās not enough changes to divert them to German.
Are those in Moscow ? dont think so. So cant give my 5 cents on balance making on that. But i Normandy is my next step so if i feel Germany has the upper hand during my experience overall i will say so asw. Well MG42 Engineer model is there and that thing is quite powerful. How ever both sides has it rn
All campaignās rifle squads can fit up to 9 soldiers.
Just equip them with AVS.
MG nest only for fun. Itās too time wasting.
Just build a sandbag and mount a MG42 is enough, and much more flexible.
Not sure what youre on about rn but Avs is slight better then G41 yes even if i love G43 Avs has lesser kickback and more ammo which makes it more leathal overall how i experienced it
SVT is the G43ās counterpart, not AVS.

I mean i can kill a t34 with ease and a t34 can kill me with ease i donāt see a problem.
You can kill quite easily with both the MP series smgās and the soviet smgās they are two completely different submachine guns from two different countryās of course they are going to be different. But i really donāt think one is worse than the other they just perform differently.
Just please donāt complaining and bitching about this being overpowered and that being overpowered because this game will honestly end up like H&G and the ppd/ppsh smgs in that god nerfed to the point where they were useless.
Germans get certain equipment thatās good and performs better than soviets stuff and soviets get certain equipment that performs better than German stuff personally i think its quite well balanced. And that this Russian submachine gun āissueā is just being blown out of proportion.
Love how no ones bitches and complains about the fact the Germans get a 75 round magazine light machine gun that can one shot everyone almost. Yet everyone bitches and complains about the 71 drum mag smgās.
Germans are good soviets are not āoverpoweredā Iām sorry but its all in your head.

Bitching and complaining ? its not about that. Im good with its insane output, thats no problem for me cause thats what those are about. What im opposed to is that its to accurate at mid range for it to be an viable counterpart smg against the mp38 and share same charistics as an later smg which are famous for long range smg but slower then the PPD

Allies SVT is the one im after and is lvl 14 against the German G41 lvl 21 so you see here asw. Our things comes later in a way. Sure we got the MG to come back on but thats another story but still substantial ofc

Oh yes i do understand but its not an issue as submachines are meant to be accurate at medium ranges would you rather the russian ppd/ppsh smgs not hit shit at medium ranges and just shoot all over the shop ? There was already one game that did that and it was a bad call.
Id actually like to be able to hit stuff burst firing with the Russian smgs thanks not for the accuracy to be nerfed to hell.
MG34 is no joke but i say butā¦ DP isnt that long after eitherā¦So compare PPD with accuracy as an MP38l at mid range against regular MP38 (which isnt that badĀ“) but still. Where comes Germany lvl 2 balance close by there ? this is what im wondering with balance in mind not later factors. I was chocked picking up that SMG realizing i could perform with it as well mid range as i do with my top leveled German smg. this is why i raised my eyebrows
oh god i remember that. They got nerfed because of all the kids complaining and bitching on the forums about anything and everything being āoverpoweredā and the fact that they were dying a lot.
But the MP40 in that game was so good though quite like in enlisted its a really good submachine gun with a nice controllable recoil pattern and a nice rate of fire.
