WARNING to other players re: "swap soldier's equipment" option

I just enlisted a new German tanker II. On the first try, I rolled a perfect tanker II: 9/2/7.

I moved the new tanker to replace my machine gunner and also selected to “swap soldier’s equipment.” At that point, my new tanker II completely disappeared—he’s not even in my reserve any more—and a different tanker was placed in that machine gunners position.

The unit that this problem/BUG occurred in was the German “18th Panzer Regiment.”

I’m guessing recent updates are causing this bug since I have used “swap soldier’s equipment” in the past without any issues. I’m also reporting this issue as a bug to the developers.

You could say he “unlisted” hehehe…okay I’ll leave now

You need to bug report it - mentioning it here is useful for advising other players, but isn’t going to get DF’s attention
