I am really having fun with war thunder’s april fools event and when comparing to enlisted, it become miserable how boring and poorly made the leadstorm came out.

The infantry tech tree in War Thunder is definitely something to look forward to. The best outcome for Enlisted would be for it to be absorbed by War Thunder.
Maybe enlisted should become something like " HA official mod with infantry for WT "
I have never played War Thunder it seems like a game you play on your cellphone.
At first I hated the April Fools event but its growing on me and I am having fun doing 4 matches a day to complete the daily tasks. The real rewards were in the loot boxes where I got the British silenced Sten squad, the Charleston New Zealand squad, and a Luftfaust or whatever its called, that German anti-air rocket launcher thing that can sometimes rarely rarely down a plane if you are in the right position and the plane is going slow and you are lucky.
I honestly have not played twitchy deathmatch like this in 20 years since the days of Quake and Unreal Tournament. I actually like the mode now. I’m not gonna pay money for it, but I will play it for the 40 minutes a day and get the loot boxes cause that’s alright.
Although this mode does make me wish I could switch the FOV up to 120 cause the current max FOV of 110 is too low for deathmatch gun game.
It’s better than Enlisted’s. But it’s kinda overrated. It’s basically just camp fest, the map sucks so much.
I hate open maps in WT. They produce the most boring gameplay possible.

Maybe best for Enlisted but I’d want something shedloads better for WT - don’t drag it down to Enlisted’s level!!
I would say that the April Fools event war thunder is not very fun, it is more beautiful and thoughtful, but not fun, although this is just my subjective assessment, and I completely agree with the rest of the list

WT Event was hell (only fun for the first day or two) but i finally managed to get all vehicles. Ignored one reward as i was insomniac and playing in that state would give me a heart attack.
While Enlisted event is just lazy and crappy, we don’t even get different weapons on different map it’s always the same, at least shuffle it around ffs…
WT rewards are vastly superior to what you get in Enlisted. Why can’t we get cool ww1 vehicles as event rewards? And why do we have to pay to receive MAS-38 and 2 more Winchesters? What about melee weapons yeah the same bs. And Tomahawk has 0% bonus sprint speed so what’s the point? Honestly axes and that weapon included should get a buff since they can’t compete with swords or bonk club.
WW1 is awesome and I agree with the comparison, however the map in WT is atrocious, it’s basically two lines of tanks camping and pixel hunting each other.
There’s no cover or chance to move forward and capture either of the 3 objectives.
However, I still cashed out to get all the WW1 vehicles, for the first time ever in WT at that.
Still compared to Enlisted abomination it’s like comparing Ferrari to a Trabant.
