I put around 50 hours into the editor for the game and made three levels, one as a showcase for everything in the game - insanely easy to do, and two recreations of maps from other games.
I would now want to attempt something original, but with a twist. If it is in the realm of possibility, I can add your comments of ideas into the map. Please note: if anything in your idea contains ladders… then it simply can not be done as ladders need a function not present in the editor to actually climb.

Can you make a version of Monastery called “Under Siege” where:
Soviets spawn in the center of the hilltop monastery complex surrounded by Germans BUT Soviet’s TANKS spawn at the outskirts of the village below the hill. The Infantry of USSR have to break out of the seige and capture a point in the village. On the next objective, the Germans spawn in the Monastery and have to defend the gate from a Soviet counter-attack from the village. Finally, the Soviets push the Germans to the center of the Monastery which is the last objective.

Hmm sounds like something that could happen whenever the rulesets for Confrontation gets into the editor. Good idea concept that I will add to my doc. )))
I was literally thinking about the same thread, but thought that it would be too much of attentionwhoring.
Bunker, but playable for tanks. Not only enterable but also allowing comfort gameplay. Something like underground factory.

Kind of. It basically spawns both sides in a similar room such as this and then there is a ramp going at a steep angle straight down then many branching paths that all goes into a bunker with special lighting.

You can try make star wars space battle with ww2 planes lol.
In editor possible make sky looks like in space.
And also put spawn outside map and decrease water level to -1000?-10000? idk, but you can remove water.
(Planes can’t flight in +10k map height).
I plan do this map but after that I will finish some classic-enlisted-style maps.
Wanted to make a battle inside of space station or something like that, but ladders don’t work so idk how players gonna go up and down.
I think you can manipulate with gravity?
It’s possible in editor.
This little issue makes a lot of good ideas simply impossible to execute. I want to do vertically, and having stairs as assets everywhere look sloppy and unprofessional if a ladder can do it easier with less real estate per asset. I really wish darkflow would fix this slight complaint I have for the editor. 
You can set gravity very low (used for tatouine, it’s still shit btw) or to zero (or even below).
You can move forward while flying, but can’t go up or down without ladders.
Little issues:
doors don’t work
ladders don’t work
lights have dynamic shadows in editor but lose that when launching the mod
also some rendinsts are hidden

This one is strange because it is true and untrue at the same time after many testing with my nuketown map. If I removed assets completely without changing the vertical axis of the item NEXT to any light source, it would auto delete the light source completely.
For the dynamic shadows though, when I finally was able to publicly launch it for a 7 player play test, I got reports that the lighting was messed up specifically because the shadows were present. I removed all instances of custom lighting, such as small beam effects turned into a green hue to brighten the grass, and on the next test, there were no issues from the same people. The editor can be amazing to make in, but if downloaded, could be hell to play to some people.
I know. That’s bullshit.
But if u use rendinst_decor it seems to be ignoring editing or deleting it.
Which is sadly also bullshit. The core concept of this editor is golden but man it needs another update for it to iron out some of the bugs. ))))

If this is a direct port that should have some missing features, can not have everything per say, as in the concept framework is identical to the real toolset… holy god. I would be screaming in the office YELLING CTRL-S every damn second. Because if you do a lot of work, and slightly change ONE asset around, you can break almost your entire lighting sources.
It as similar to going to work for nine hours and then as soon as you clock off, the machine breaks and said you just signed on without giving you the clock off ticket. Wasted time. Vodka hour begins.
They might be using other ways or editors too, this one may be a full port but used only for missions.
Possibly. I know there is a customization editor to some capacity. Such as creating entire squads from scratch and what gear they should contain and how many soldiers and what class of soldiers should be in that squad. I can somewhat cheat into this method of editor with the current one… but it simply auto spawns you, ONLY ON SOLO MODE, a random preset squad from the campaign side you selected.
Like if you had an M2 carbine with LAP and a browning hi-power and tnt, medpack, etc… You would actually spawn with either any normandy allies weapon on a percentage scale. My DUST_2 remake map has this effect when activated solo and I still do not know what the hell I did to cause this effect.
