because it’s showing what brs you can get if you do all br2 it will show br 1-3 however interestingly br5 shows br3-5
It’s the case for USA and Japan.
If you use Axis or Soviets, br 3 will show “2 to 4”

I think its indicating that the soft rule has been expanding up but not down. It may also just be a bug.
I think it’s just visual bug.

This was explained in the update.
Generally, your target BR in MM is 4, but if the matchmaker doesn’t find a game in your bracket, it will put you at BR 5.
But I’m not in a queue.
This is just to inform you that you may be drawn at BR5 if there are not enough players in your bracket.
