Victory or defeat?

Just finished a level 1-3 Germans vs Russians where I won, but lost. :thinking: Confrontation, A B C game. The game was to close to call for the most part, and when the game ended it said Victory, but when it went to the stat sheet is said Defeat. So, I assume this is a glitch. I don’t know what my before game rank was, so not sure if I won or lost. After 9 games tonight, this is the only one remotely close as the rest have been seal clubbing’s…Per usual.

One thing I can say, that most close games are decided by who has less idiots on their side. Some bozo set up a spawn point on the top of a busted up building in the Tractor Plant, and it took me way to long to figure out how to get off, and none of my bots were able to get down on their own, so I had to manually take them off one by one. :roll_eyes:

yea rule 1 of rally point is make sure that there are stair cause otherwise that is consider trolling

so basically never build on the roof ever just build on the ground guess that guy was new or something

or maybe he skip engineer tutorial like every new player does lol lmao even

Might be a clientside/serverside state race condition? It’s not really a “bug” since the server has authority, it’s just your client was just delayed enough that it displayed victory

What I don’t understand is - why can’t the rally point build logic test for pathing for valid rally point placement. If bots can’t path from there, you can’t build one.

Or even better, just don’t let people build them above ground level (or at best, like, half stair or 1st floor)

In RO2 on pain elevator map, once defenders lost ground access, the defending team could no longer respawn at all lol. It’s not like you can magically teleport to the roof (and we already have paratroopers before you “WELL ACKHTUALLY”)

Yeah, there is another confrontation map where it is A B C, and I am not sure if it is a hospital or what, but all the buildings are connected. People like to build rally points in the attic, and again, my bots are not smart enough to use the crawl space hole and ladder to get down, so I have to take them all out one by one.
