Allow vets to be able to carry a 2nd bag/pouch or a bag/pouch and a 2nd gun.

By “veteran” do you mean any 5 star soldier, or the “decorated” ones available for gold orders?
Or he means those veterans that we still don’t have.

I don’t know if you mean higher ranking soldiers (Trooper II and Sniper II for example), higher star solders (5 stars), or something else entirely. But I’d prefer to see the squad leader and maybe a second member get access to this in all squads so it would be useful but not spammable and wouldn’t give 5 star soldiers an even bigger advantage than their low level counterparts.
There is locked for now “Veteran” level after 5 stars (gold upgrade in the red upgrade tree). It will most likely give those soldiers bigger profit from their base perk. But until we get it we can speculate.

no there’s an extra upgrade in the tree that has yet to be implemented, having even more powerful perks than the current ones seems too much, so i think that being able to carry a 2nd gun with a bug/puch or bag and pouch/2 different pouches would be a better way to deal with it
nah that would be god awful maybe a prem squad could get away with it in places like stalingrad but still
Don’t know what would be so awful about that. We even suggested to use Gold orders to get enemy guns. Would you use PPD if you had it? I know I would.
gold cards are supposed to be for unique staff though (experimental/old things)
Same way as Enlisted is supposed to historic, is it? So I can wipe my *ss with them as I am not interested in having 19. century rifle in 1941. service? Oh no, I can not even wipe *ss with it because its digital.

BUT oh wow, realizing I’ll need 3 level 5 soldiers, for the next level - ouch ouch.
Its just stupid mechanic. “End game” goal should not be running something like 2(most likely 3 in futurte) Lmg squads armed with mg42’s or every soldier using fg42 while playing as Allied in normandy.
Why even restrict weapons to different factions in first place?
And why this “captured weapon” system should only benefit only infantry? What veteran rank would give to attacker pilots? Their ‘main armanent’ is their plane so just allow pilots to gain equal benefits for veteran rank
Research is totally non factor, we are already aiming to 4 or 5 starring our soldiers or getting secondary weapon/backpack for soldiers we use.
Game also gives so many troop orders that after couple months there isnt even point using them unless devs remove reserve limit
Do you know how often do you get gold order for guns? Did you even read my Post/Thread? Dont assume, read.
Because some guns of opposite side were better than what they had. When troops captured them, they used them. And they were captured in thousands, you cant say that for tanks and planes.
You can always give your veteran pilot a enemy captured pistol, if you so much insist on it. But again, your argument is bad, as I said, infantry weapons were captured and used in thousands.

I still want to know what’s coming from this, I’ve seen this upgrade slot there for months- since I started playing. I’m starting to imagine they have no idea what it should actually be, and it’s a shroud that justifies trying to call this game a Beta.
