It’s a wonderful map why I cannot play it? Haven’t seen it for weeks

Sometimes maps just don’t show up for whatever reason. This happened when Omer first came out, the map just wouldn’t appear.
maps have set rotation for a set amount of time, my guess on why they do that is to help the poor server hampters

Load a custom game on the map you want 
Also, map rotation is bugged af, it can easily happen you don’t see a certain map for months
