For some unknown reason, some of the players only play infantry and ignore tanks \ planes in general. Some use planes only as an anti-tank missile to make infantry vs infantry back again. It seems to me there is some kind of problem in this. Either tanks \ planes are unimportant, or the part of audience of the game is strange.

Right now there is frankly not much reason to use an aircraft for any longer than the time it takes to do one pass, because rearming takes longer than respawning. As such, planes are often in a position of being a quick and easy way to deal with a particular problem, IE a tank, and then once that target has been dealt with, they are disposed of. Its not necessarily that players are trying to force infantry vs infantry, its that planes are in a really weird spot, and that ends up being their best use without gobs and gobs of practice that most people don’t bother with.

However, I think this is absurd and wrong. And people like @44854715 use the plane only to calmly take points with infantry and that’s it. They are not interested in vehicles at all.
Although the tank can be destroyed by anti-tank means. But apparently these people only play smg \ mg squads.

I can get twice as many points per minute on the ground compared to in a plane. +you can play the objective and actually contribute to the team.
Every time i jump into a plane i actively hurt my team by not being on the ground
I dont even shoot down enemy planes anymore because i know they would be much more effective if on the ground, so i just let them be

Have you not noticed the general disdain here for suicide bombing? No one likes the status quo.
And anti tank weapons have limitations that make them less reliable against enemies in say, the gray zone. Planes are supposed to be a solution to those sorts of tactical obstacles, they just have balance problems right now between suicide bombing and actually staying in the air.
You see, if you want to play with tanks or planes, you just go play warthunder. The only real reason to use them here is to help solve issues (suicide bombing tanks, helping push a heavily defended point with a tank) or to farm xp.

Not to mention being in a plane is hecking dull. Unless someone is trying to shoot you down, which is frankly pretty rare, and with good reason, you spend most of your time flying in a straight line, and may as well be afk.
Don’t get me wrong, I actually really enjoy the dogfighting and strafing in this game. Its just that when I get in a plane, that’s not what I’m spending the majority of my time doing. Most of it goes to “Fly to point, fly to fight, fly to point”.

Most tanks are easily destroyed by anti-tank weapons.
WT is tanks \ planes \ ships. Enlisted is the interaction of infantry\ aviation\tanks. Why should aviation and tanks be just for show?
Btw, tanks and aviation dont farm exp. If you had played longer or watched more closely, you would not have said such nonsense.
Kamikadze zergrush with smg and 3 explosives is just better.
Personally I really enjoy flying in this game but it’s a total waste of time. As for tanks, it’s either grey zone camp or get destroyed in a few seconds.

That’s what it’s about. In this game, tanks and aircraft are just for show, just like the rest of the infantry classes. Only SMG and only machine guns (well, fg \avs \ m2).

In Moscow, only high-level tanks can cause problems. In Normandy, too. In Tunisia, too. Only highly lvl, starting ones - no.
Again, planes and tanks are just for show, they don’t make sense. They seem to be needed and in competent hands they can help the infantry, but in the current realities of the single player game they are useless.

Everyone have their own style of play. I’m one of those that mostly use infantry and use plane to deal with pesky tanks. I just don’t like using plane or tank on the hill to kill infantry because it’s pretty cheap…not enjoyable

But if you use infantry,then use infantry AT ability to destroy tanks. Not abuse suicide of planes.
And in a good way, it’s time to add a mode specifically for you, as lone fighters. (only SMG and MG squads)
For me, personally, I have to be the grunt in the thick of it for 85% of my time in game.
Only when I have friends can I trust myself to Tank a bit.
As for aircraft, I’ve never personally enjoyed flying via a controller so I’ve long since avoided playing them.
This game has too many braindead player. They like to snipe at back instead of attack/defend the point. There are many matches my team are not competent enough to capture or defend the point so I need to use infantry to carry the whole team. Moreover many people don’t build rally point so I must use infantry to build it myself.
I only use tank if enemy’s tank has pinned us down or our team is good enough to capture or defend the point.

They’re not for show, but they’re not what people come to the game for. If you like vehicles, you’re gonna prefer warthunder and you’re not gonna bother grinding Enlisted for the few that are in the game. They’re powerful, but usually not what people play this game for, therefore aren’t used as much.
Planes not exactly, especially not fighters, but tanks are the most effective way to farm campaign xp until you start unlocking end game meta weapons.
I’ve always wanted to play war thunder with the action that’s happening on the ground being real people. enlisted is that for me.
I agree with most the people here. I used them to knock out a tank thats killing my team, stop at assault or soften a target. After that I get out and push because if I dont the objective will either fall or if attacking we will never take it. If a solid team exists then I have the luxury of flying or tanking but unfortunately thats rarely the case.
