The way we upgrade vehicles isnt good for everyone.Now the silver orders are way more valuable,and harder to get for people that doesnt owe the Battle Pass, of course no one is going to upgrade tanks like the t60,bt7 or t26, so the upgrade option for those tanks is useless. And u cant just say this tank is the best of the campaign i´ll use my silver orders to upgrade it, and some days later enlisted announces they will add a better version of the tank u just upgraded with all your silver orders :/, so having that in mind, you wont upgrade anything because they will just add better and better vehicles.
SOLUTION: Upgrade the vehicles with XP and the posibilitie of buying levels with silver orders or gold if u dont want or dont have the time to grind.

i dont use any vehicle upgrades till max lvl so i get the %^^
Well wy upgrade the current one if the next update a new one more strong appear at this point wait for campaign max level 
or this yes would like to see the breda fix in enlisted holy are they nice now
