There is 3 trick always works in this game and it is what you should do. 1. Be Agressive no matter the which side you play attacker or defender(Hunt rallies/apcs/flank ur enemies and shoot everything u see) 2. never trust ur teammates on playing obj or building raly bringing apc, even if ur team has 4 raly 2 apc on map you should always bring 1 more and hide it if its possible(dig ground/climb etc…) and always cover ur raly with mines. 3. Never try to stay alive unless u are the only one who attacks/defends obj. u need to be suicidal, bring plane bomb as much as u can and die, bring tank spam HE as much as u can and die. and remember no matter what there will be always 1 match where u end up with bots against 5-10 player

There is definitely a flow of one side dominating, once you see it then you can pick a side that’s not set to gimp out.

This is definitely true.
Since most veterans play all factions in this game, these players go like a herd sheep from one faction to another.
Its not necessarily a balance issue since we have seen the “underdog faction” dominate many times despite supposedly having no chance due to weaker or lack of equipment.
A smart player always adopts, if the enemy spams aircraft than build AA or use fighter with good turn rate.
If the enemy has many tanks, build AT or use AT mines, suicide bomb them… There is always more than one way.

Anyway, hype die with time and trends change.
Most players are active during large events and for a week after a major update so matches are the most unbalanced at these times, I usually just try survive these with playing as little as possible to prevent a burnout since I will play this trash for almost everyday until the next major update anyway.

use assaulters/medics. they are equipped with smg and are meta for contesting caps. soviets smg vastly outperform german. try to build rally point and just zerg rush cap and attack/defend it.

Great points you made there, Valkay. To lessen the “herd” curve play off hours

my advice is to hold the horses a little on BR 1/2 and stay there

learn the basics there, practice alot and dont rush your baby steps into Br 2 / 3 etc.

take your time on BR 1/2 , get your basics first.

dont. your soldier life ingame have little impact. ammo is abundant once engineers are present. just fire your weapons, they wont jam
its the way to improve. we aint fighting for a bullseye 1 mile away.

Right now it feel by your answer you want to do everything right away and you just started to play enlisted again. not everyone is a jack of all trades, not right away atleast.
some are good flanking, others are good playing with engineer stuff, others like vehicles etc.
just find the type of play you really enjoy doing (cas, tank , sniper , assaulters, build stuff with engineer , what ever) , and the team hopefully will fill the rest.

like any other game , practice. alot… untill age starts to mess with our reflexes

The best thing you can do is find competent friends to play with you.

The game is so much fun when you don’t need to tryhard it 24/7 just to carry some dudes who never heard about rally points - and when you know you can actually rely on someone else.

You won’t even be inclined to just minmax everything, because you won’t realistically need it as much as when you play solo.

Even incompetent friends makes it more fun.

Well i ha e skill issue aswell but i know Lot of information specially when it comes to stadistics and some táctics that i don’t apply cuz i’m noob but i know abt it but maybe this tips can help You

First of all lets See your comments and correct some stuff…

Ok URRS/US is quite hard to play not for having Bad weapons in fact they are overpowered but they have very Bad teams that suck in any possible way SO maybe You should consider moving to a faction that have better Quality player such as Japan or Germany but don’t go to fast cuz i’m gonna mention some stuff

Germany is handicaped when it comes to weapons stats and if your Main this faction You Will suffer being handicaped constantly but remember that good players Will still there and if You ask me about Japan they got the Best players + good equipment (not as the URRS/USA but stills being good) with the problem that Ur planes Will Spawn on Carriers and the lack of variety forcing You to use the same weapons cuz it’s the only ones u got

Well at first You suck when it comes to flank it happens the same to me…but You could try to play more attention to the map environment and find a way to bypass the enemy and flank them don’t worry You Will eventually learn all map spawns and places where You face enemy players usually at same time and find a way to avoid getting on those figths

Don’t use them they are no worth anymore… Spam Smgs better

Try to get on hard/unusual positions or figth along a teamate You could also play doing Q/E and peeking or holding a positiĂłn of your want a more passive playstyle or You can try harder improve your aim and be able to clean whole rooms and cap points with no problem

You could play this like 2-3 minutes to little by little improve ur reaction time

Don’t care abt ammo u got a while squad and if You still doubting build and use ammo boxes for more ammo also use double weapon in a hard situation and if have no ammo with ur first gun use the second one u can switch weapons faster by using “P” but u drop the weapon that u are using for changing to the second one so pick it up once enemies are eliminated

But if You want to be more passive no problem just keep an ammo box close to You or use ammo bags

Try to place them under cover far away from any door and change their behavor to passive if You want to be more silent or just use agressive if You want then to reach faster to approching enemies also place them on unusual places where u think that ppl Will formally don’t check also for positionsting Ur bots use the individual orders with “K” since for some reason bots react way better to individual orders rather than a orders that take all of them at same time and if You are creativa u can use them as a distraction or an alert for enemies that are coming

Also as tip for ur aim play aimlabs specificly flicking and speed exercises and if You think u need to improve ur aim when it comes to long shoots play precisiĂłn exercises do it as a routing before playing u can also search for aimlabs routines on yootube no matter if is for valorant/Cs2 it Will improve Ur aim no matter what

On the Game get ur ideal sensibility and Fov that u Will use on aimlabs aswell also spam SMGs if You want to make kills in ur case Uragan smg and the ppsh-41 box helps try to learn their recoil and control it aswell use Federov rifle as ur Main rifle since it deals a high damage + is semi auto or just use Winchester 1895 if u want to oneshot, with the fast bolt action reload perk oh Yea don’t forget to use vertical recoil perks it Will help You a LOT + upgrate Ur weapons to max stats that way u make them Even more powerfull, use soldier with the higher perks points and max soldier level possible (maybe rifle man 2 is an exception if You want to play agressive if bot use rifleman 3)

Oh yes… You are using soviets u wanna get an absurde adventage over Germans?

But this type of torso on the soldier cuztomization
It must have this type of green plate on the chest

This plate reduced the damage to the torso by 10% and if You add the vitality perk u can make the soldier eat 1 bullet more from smgs and weapons like the FG42 maybe u think that it doesnt do a difference but u said it reaction time is what matters and Time to kill aswell is an absolute adventage eating 2 bullets while u are able to oneshot ppl with no problem

Oh i forgot abt this…

Well first of all don’t do that always go through the sides also build rally points with the engginiers on the sides (make sure to build it quite close to the obejctive) that way u do a surprise attack while ur mates are coming to support You if u see that the enemy controlled that position again go to the other side of build another rally point on another place far from the enemies trying to spawncamping You can use APCs aswell : )

Hope it helps

Thanks, yeah I think I will stick to building rallies and vehicles squads

Thank you, that was a lot to unpack, but I will try one by one and improve. :+1:

so you’re playing probably in BR5 matches, and if your not playing with BR5 weapons, you’re gonna have a bad time.

Try building proper BR2 loadouts for all 4 factions and playing with the “Join Any Faction” button.

There are many benefits to this:

  • you gain more silver/XP than with preselected faction
  • losing a game doesn’t affect your income
  • you can compare the experience from all 4 factions and make unbiased conclusions
  • you can learn the tactics/rally locations from all 4 factions and then use it against them as well

And yes as others stated above, BR4 is not the best place to stay at when you seem to lose a lot.
The higher the BR, the more stacks usually there are, and the more oppressing the weaponry is.

Build a respawn point and then charge into the circle, and you’ll become a master in Enlisted. As for the rest, no one can guarantee it.

So like a lot of people have said, building spawns is what the good players do. I try to have an engy is every squad I field (bar ones that can’t have one).

I’m a fan of T2 gameplay - I like the bolt actions and wonky armoured vehicles. I’d also recommend a T2 loadout if you are new/returning as the game is slower paced and less full of squad-wiping explosions. So I figured I’ll give a bit of advice on setting up Soviet teams

Personally I don’t think the Soviets outmatch the Germans as much as some people say they do. But where they absolutely do is in assault squads. Soviet assault squads are awesome. Get used to playing this one and hip firing the PPS-43 at close ranges and you’ll start racking up the kills. Always have an assault squad in your lineup. Multiple/partisans/medics, if you can! Make the most of those SMGs.

And in case you are interested, here’s a bit of a breakdown on the weapon classes at T2. All personal opinion of course…

SMGs - the PPS-43 is the star of the Soviet lineup. It fires fast, is controllable, has a good muzzle velocity for an SMG (easier to hit things at longer ranges) and shot dispersion is reasonable (for an SMG). The Uragan is also reasonably good, but I find it suffers at medium ranges from the poor shot dispersion, making it less likely (for me) to get a clean kill on a target.

It’s worth remembering every Soviet SMG is 7.62mm meaning if you’re using a soldier carrying more than one SMG they share ammo. If you’re setting your dudes up normally though this won’t make a difference except on pilot classes.

Incidentally, the Germans can outclass you at close ranges with the Beretta M1918 but they’ll generally field the MP40 as its a better all-round gun.

MGs - the Madsen is mediocre but can be okay, particularly if you’re bipoding from a window, shooting a magazine then ducking for cover. It’s outclassed by the MG-13 though. Despite being outgunned, I usually run an MG squad anyway as they are a solid general purpose squad that can also plop down a heavy MG nest to suppress a zone.

Bolties - Soviet bolties are the worst in the game (in my opinion) whereas the Germans get the Pre-War Kar98k. The Winchester is good but it doesn’t have a bayonet which actually does matter when you are assaulting and I don’t like the sights (personal thing). I tend to use the M44 as my standard and M91/30 for non-sniper marksmen. These means that boltie heavy squads like Engineers, Radios and Mortars have the potential to suffer a bit.

Semiautos - The Fedorov is awesome. It’s the best semiauto in the game at this tier and is better than the Amaguerra, but not by much. Helpfully it comes with a bayonet making it a no-brainer in your assault squads for anyone without an SMG… tipping the balance in assault squads further towards the Soviets.

Sniper Rifles - You are outclassed on paper. Sniping comes down to skilled positioning/anticipation of the enemy more than anything else though and its very new player-friendly. Probably a good choice.

AT Weapons - You have the M1 Bazooka. This is the king of the tier.

Mortars - why are you even thinking of using this?

Tanks - sure some people will disagree but I think the Soviets are outgunned here. The T-28 and T-28E can dish out a LOT of damage but are huge targets and die if anyone sneezes on them. The T-50 is reasonably good but suffers from poor HE.

Planes - The Il-2 (1941) and Su-2 (M-82) are both pretty deadly attackers - basically comes down to if you like big bombs or rockets and the P40E-1 has one of the biggest bombs you get on a fighter. So a pretty potent lineup… but the Germans have a good one as well. I would hesitate to say either side’s lineup is better.

Bikes - lol

Yeah, in my br2 set up I have assulter squad with pps43, mg squad with madsen , tank squad with T-28e and when they bail out, the tankers use pps 43 , and a sniper squad just for some long range engagements. Sometimes I sub in an AT squad using PTRS 41.

I dont have engineers for any squads yet due to them being brand new squads, so I only have 1 class soldier with all others riflemen. So for riflemen I rather use mauser 98 pistol for close range, till i get fed1912 semi.
