Use the experience booster after the match

As the title says.
The current experience booster is used before the start of the match, but this method will be eliminated.
We will then place the experience booster activation button on the results screen after the match is over. You press that button when you feel you have performed well.
There are several experience boosters ranging from 15% to 200%, and you can use any one of them and add it to your reward. The experience boosters you get from Battle Pass and other sources are preserved as assets, like Gold Order Tickets.

This would improve two features.

(1). No more wasting experience boosters.
You could apply boosters only to matches you like.
This will prevent you from wasting experience boosters in matches where your allies are full of bots, you unintentionally joined in the middle of a match, someone is suspected of using cheats, or a match is interrupted due to connection loss.

(2). You can feel the significance of participating even in an unfavorable match.
If you know the match is doomed to lose, you may still get a high score if you try your best. If you get a satisfactory result, you may be more positive about the game because you can expand your rewards with experience boosters.

i would like this, but that is not in their interest. after all they need to make the grind tedious to promote premium and BP (and maybe leveling with gold for whales).

I never cared about boosters, and I wouldn’t care even after implementation of this suggestion.
But I will certainly buy premiums and BP nevertheless. :man_shrugging:

The grind is very very feasible without BP/Premium? There are no repair costs, no ammunition costs, no medical bills for troops, and no weapon maintenance costs. The grind literally comes down to ā€˜Did you do well in the game or not.’ Yes it’ll be slower, but it’s by no means laborious and/or impossible.

Who in their right mind would spend gold for levels…

Yes. I also think they intentionally designed it to be inconvenient. I don’t know if they are doing it to make money, but if you interpret what DF is doing in a favorable way, you can think that the fact that you don’t know the outcome of the game after ā€œbettingā€ a booster is a kind of gambling and one of the mechanisms to make the game fun. But as you know, that gambling element is only annoying in the current Enlisted.

I bought a premium account and finished all my BPs this quarter and still the experience booster is frustrating. Even if the experience booster became useful, I don’t think that would stop me from buying it because I need a premier account to make the bullshit long Grind easier.
In fact, if the experience booster is improved, more people might get in the groove and buy premium.

well you know that people are complaining about getting their boosters wasted on conquest, roflstomps, games that already had their first point taken and loads of other reasons for low xp battle so…

depends how much you play… for f2p you need about 3-6 months to grind one faction depending on number of battles per day, campaign, number of player/bots in your/enemy team, your skill. decently skilled player can easily earn over 10k per battle as f2p, but there are always roflstomps where you dont earn xp (no matter the side) and shit game modes. and then there are those players who hardly make 10 kills per match… i dont even know how many years they need to grind for maxing one faction.

well i know of at least one player who did this… and where there is one, there are usually more.

people would just save loads of boosters, buy premium for one day and spend them all on good battles in that day.

my god, imagine saving your 200% booster for one of those rounds where you alone had to carry the entire team…

holy hell…

I guess such system is used only in WoT or something, would be nice in WT too, because I dont want to gamble with matchmaking, same here.

Wow, hold my 8k exp for 25 minute game win/first place, totally doable if you have a second life on your hands, maybe even a couple more.

Everytime I get experience boost, I will repeat, everytime, I play with bots against real players. The battle ends in less than 10 minutes and, even getting in the top, i get nothing EXP.

Exactly. Good matches are hard to come by.
