Usable tank cupolas

So as you probably know, most tanks have some kind of cupola or hatch above the commanders head. Most countries, or at least those who understood how to design tanks started puting small windows on the side of the cupola. They gave the commander a better view of the battlefield, which made it much easier to command the tank.

Inside the game some tanks represent this well, others don’t. Most of the German tanks have usuable commander cupolas, while the majority of the Allied vehicles only have this shitty looking black screen with a peephole in the middle, seriusly it’s night and day beetween the two.

So please make proper cupolas for the T34’s, Jumbo, Grant (in fact Grant is the worst, cause commander can’t even look out for some mysterious reason), I don’t think that any tank commander would wanna find their way around the battlefield through a peephole.

Panzer II is missing it as well, and the commander is stuck facing either sideways or backwards.

Wasn’t this a thing in RO2? Proper modeling and use of tank interiors?

Your memory is indeed correct. Although I don’t have such high expectations for the developers to actually model tank interiors. I just want to get rid of this messy cupola. It works exactly the other way around as it was designed. It should make the commanders vision wider, but this only makes it narrower.

T-50 in Moscow can´t even use out of the commander´s hatch view…

same on the second british tank in tunisia.

ontopic:
would be good to have, but i m sure i wouldnt use said coupola views much.

as long its a separate key to enter said views i wouldnt mind having them ingame for the ones wanting said views,

i would avoid them at all costs, useless on the large scale. imo.

I should call my guy German reckter, what a childish name by the way. Wanna try fighting me, huh little nooblet?

No, German rectum operator, yeah thats better.

Or wait - you gotta be ukrainian nationalist nazi loon? Yeah, there’s quite a lot of nazi whackos in western ukraine.
