This game awesome but fighting the Germans 4 times like c’mon i know they were the main threat during the war but it would be awesome if we had battles from the Pacific to go against the japs
I think in the future there will be Pacific campaign, even Vietnam and so on… But i think it gonna take at least 4-5 years.
Yep, they will move up in timeline and won’t be only in WW2. What i would like to see when we go from WW2 is Izraeli Independence war, i want to play with Izraeli Hotchkiss H39 against Egyptian M22 Locust xD
And if there will be Vietnam, it will be cool, but best Vietnam game will in my heart allways be Rising Storm 2, as it is great Vietnam Era game.

WWI could be intresting, but idk if it would work out in Enlisted. I think Verdun and another theyr games do this thing better as they are exclusively WWI shooters.
Sino-Japane war would be awesome, i would really like to see it, but idk if it would be possible because of Gaijin ties with China. We all know what happend when they added Chinesse tree in WT, there were a lot of controversy.

They can test if WWI would work easily - do a special event, like war thunder has on April for example. I really like when devs are at least once a year add in game temporary event, game mode or some sort of minigame.
The controversy in War Thunder was about the execution (flags) and the lack of unique vehicles.
Unless we get the Spanish Civil War (also a good campaign tbh), China wouldn’t be redundant like it is in War Thunder.

Yeah i know, but i woudnt be suprised that they would replace Republic China flags with PCR tbh. But idk how it is in China when it is about Sino-Japanese war tbh, as if it would be early campaign like 1937-1938 it would be Nationals there. I never been there and never spoke to anyone that would have any knowledge about it.
But if it would be 1937-1938 it would be pretty balanced equipment wise. But would have to do new models, as they are not in WT.
SCW is another good campaing that could be portrayed, as except for mods it is shown nowhere in FPS games.
If they add the Pacific it needs to be a volcanic island like Iwo Jima or something that doesn’t have a lot of foliage. Getting shot through 3 rows of bushes by AI is bad enough as it is in Europe.
Pretty sure the flag war thunder uses now is the compromise, it’s a little different from the Taiwan flag.
From what I’ve heard, the CCP recognizes Chiang Kai-Shek as cofounder of modern-day China alongside Mao, so I doubt the Kuomintang’s role in WWII is controversial there.
Iirc it is coat of arms of Taiwanese army.
If it is not, then bring it on!
As much as I would like to see a Iwo Jima in Enlisted, I think it will be very hard to balance.
Japanise had only 1 SMG, obsolete tanks and absolutely no semi-auto rifles.

Also, theoretically if we were to do Okinawa 1945 we could see the Japanese getting the Type 4 Rifle. Which is essentially a M1 Garand modified to take two 5 round Arisaka stripper clips. There were 125 made by wars end with an additional 75 unassembled.
If we were to get Iwo Jima or want to avoid guns that only saw limited combat trial use (which I would prefer) another option is to use captured M1 Garands. These would be fed the 7.7 Arisaka one by one since the rounds were dimmensionally similar but the Arisaka stripper clips could not be used.
Best scenario for US vs IJ would be Philippiness 1941-1942 as that would be balanced weapons wise.

Planes would be also balanced, same as weapons.
The issue then comes down to Japan not having a single smg outside of imported MP 28s and 34s from Germany.
