US suffers

Japan tech tree still has many holes. The new tank and mg help, but I was hoping more would be added this update. The new map is fun, but I tend to disappoint the emperor when the only AT weapon available is BR 2 and I have to aim at jumbos and pershings

This is your perception, not reality.

Until Burma came out, I played “Play Any Army” for like 3 months straight. My Japanese research tree got completed in that time. I play all the factions. I used to main Allies, but now that’s about 10% of my play.

The OP in another thread is complaining about the fact that Japan is getting BR2 Thompsons but Americans don’t get them at BR2 - which is screwy.

I’ll add to that and it’s screwy that Russians get American halftracks, but the Allies have to make do with a stupid truck that rolls down hills.

Japan has crappy tanks, but that’s basically historical accuracy (bwahaha, but whatever).

As Valkay mentioned - everyone suffers, so no one does. Each side has weaknesses and strengths in different areas, but, IMO, giving enemy factions YOUR OWN GUNS that you don’t get to play with, is crazy/stupid. It’s not like Japan doesn’t have excellent submachine guns in their own research tree at BR2.

Actually, that’s not true. Not saying yay or nay about the “quality of the players” - however, there ARE other factors than just equipment and player quality - as in, match making, lopsided maps, glitchy things happening like weird gray zones, certain events drive people to different factions, etc, etc.

US suffers :rofl::rofl: nothing more can surprise me since ru forum says that URRS is the worst faction

same me

95% throttle is more than enough for all jap planes.

I have to point out that before the US got miracle weapons like T20 and M26
The US team members were famous for their high quality. They only had M2 carbines at that time, which could not compete with FG42-2, and Thompson (drum) was a disaster
But they defeated the German army again and again (Japan only had BR4 at that time)
This is a counter-intuitive situation. When a faction gets too many “miracle weapons”, it will not make it better. On the contrary, they will attract a large number of low-quality players to play, thereby diluting the role of the advantaged players in the game
But most of the intuition is still: I can’t win because my weapons are not strong enough
The US military has become a negative chain reaction. The more powerful weapons DF gives them, the more low-quality players will play, and then there will be fewer high-quality teammates in each game
