I can’t quite tell if you are joking or not, but here is an explanation. That particular chocolate bar, as indicated by the wrapper contains Pervitin which is an amphetamine. German soldiers often used it during the second world war to stay awake for long periods of time or if they really needed the “energy.” I don’t know if they still make chocolates called “panzerchokolade” for the German military, but if they do, they probably don’t contain drugs, especially not pervitin anymore.
