If you spend the silver to upgrade a tank of your choice to lvl 5 (max) I believe it should have premium bonuses attached to it or some other incentives. As of now there is no point in upgrading vehicles, due to the fact news ones are coming out at a fast rate and make the prior ones somewhat obsolete

we already gain marginal but usefull perks when upgrading our vehicles. we dont need nothing more neither premium stuff around it.
also on a side note., there are level 6 vehicles ingame .
for example:

but there are also, the same vehicle with diferent models around it.:

the only diference from the level 5 on this example are the side skirts of added protection.
the same can be seen on the premium armored version comparing it to the normal pz4:

i dont really think the better stats are worth the ridiculous amount of silver orders it takes to upgrade vehicles. especially with planes and late game tanks
in planes. not sure . even tho i own upgraded planes i never tested them fully.
in tanks, worth every single upgrade.
Shot deviation is huge for 100 meter encounters in berlin if i m defending the bridge on the first objective.
braking force and suspension damping works wonders on the peek and shoot fights. me having my sight picture stable seconds befor my enemy its an huge advantage imo.
Both horizontal and vertical turret speed are self explanatory.
Both turret speed and breaking/suspension upgrades always on tankers with the drivers and gunner perks for even more stable tank/sight picture:
imo. i keep wasting my silvers on tank upgrades since i always get alot of them per batlepass- i enjoy tank vs tank alot in berlin, and, in this game overall. didnt regret a single upgrade and i suggest everyone to upgrade tanks if, they own enough silvers and or , see themselfs playing with them alot as i do.
again, planes its a diferent story i m yet to fully test, but i ill pass on them for now.
although i agree the upgrades for tanks are usefull. i just dont see them worth the price. now you might have alot of silvers to spare. but i would imagine that a large majority of players would not be willing to spend a whole seasons worth of silvers for a 15-20% better tank (referring specifically to the ones where parts cost 3 silvers)
if it was up to me i would drasticly decrase the scaling in upgrading price from tier 1-3 tanks. and then add inn a little extra to make it more attractive. like for example different ammo types
yes stay away from upgrading planes. you wont notice any differance

i would only , understand it here, if its either a new player, or a free2play casual player that boots the game, plays a handfull of rounds, doesnt perform above average and its only seeking some extra fun per day/week .
but! , BUT! untill now, every weapon was possible to be accquired using bronze orders at any given random factor. wasting silver orders to get a weapon we Will get sooner or latter on bronze orders its a waste of silvers.
Untill now (and judging about the next silver order update devs talked a month or so ago), the best usage anyone could give to silver orders was in upgrading tanks.
wasting them on weapons, was , imo . a mistake.
but anyone do their way. i m not saying my way is the right one for everyone. but it did work for me.
but, we have to take into consideration i do premium, well enough in batles and farm around 1000 bronze orders per batle pass.
wither way. i dont intend to save silver orders, since i ill get 1 or what ever perk 25 and 50k xp if they deliver what they anounced a month or so ago.
i rather waste them making my vehicles better overall and enjoy the game now, than saving for something i might not be here to enjoy it when it comes into the game.

completely agree. i just sometimes get bored pressing the same 3 buttons 200 times with the bronze orders and use silvers instead. i know its a waste but honestly i value my time more than my silvers (and i just so happen to have some spare gold in case i actually do need silvers one day)
