Hey everyone I just wanted to get the consensus on the upcoming update that’s currently being tested. Are the improvement’s worthwhile? What do you think about the new soldier class? Are the new campaign’s / maps good?

Situational at best, for example in full battle of 10 Vs 10 player you don’t have time to go in the enemy gray zone because you need go on the point, also some map for how they are make difficult reach undetected the enemy gray zone
If for new map/campaign you mean the new ardenne location… Im mild about it, I don’t dislike the location but I don’t love it either, personally I want see more urban figth in big city

I love some of the new stuff coming. I just wish they were complete (they are all missing stuff or cosmetics)
Aussie Commandos (Have wrong customizations)
HS 129 (Missing Gun sight, and magnification)
Marder (missing Commander popping out and personal Weapon)
stuff like that. Would be awesome if they were finished/polished…bit of a downer when missing stuff

Conversion rate for Research XP to Silver needs an improvement.
Other than that, the new content is nice.

This update was made with using mostly recycled assets, the only thing I look forward to is the TT KV-2 since I didn’t buy the premium.

The new class seems really interesting and i had fun playing with them in the callisto server. I hope they wont be too op in the live server

new campaign unlocks are decent. I like marders a lot but br 3 is way too high, f2p kv 2 was unexpected and now i hope the premium gets unique customization, ppsh obrez looks interesting but i dont know why the axis counterpart has so low damage, duck is probably my favourite addition and i will definitely grind it, ithaca has been in the editor for a while so nothing that new but the biggest dissapointment was japan who only got copy paste gun and their gurillas are the only ones without unique clothes

I dont like how the premium guerillas wear volksturm in every campaign and you cant even change their clothes with silver. It needs to be fixed asap i dont wanna see german civilians running around moscow

The premium paratrooper squad sounds interesting but i couldnt find it in the test server so im not sure if its any good.

The new map looks beautiful as always and i prefer it over the old ardennes. Sadly it didnt provide many new assets for modders and Im slightly annoyed that they changed the map layout ruining some player made maps
Overall quite good update but it seems to have very little new stuff to be called major update. I am also still waiting for the promised mod improvements

Does anyone know if they said if Para’s will be added to the tech tree? I truly believe these are OP and anyone who doesn’t have them is at a disadvantage. Yes I know you can buy a few factions paras but F2p players don’t have this luxury.

Too little of new content for a major update. There is nothing major about it.
Not a single new front, not even a new map just one part of the Ardennes being upgraded and expanded and that’s it.
New vehicles are cool but they are overtiered just like Stugs, new free smgs are total crap statwise so won’t even bother ugprading more than 4 of them (Plus soviet bias again unless you pay for a new premium squad that has the best axis smg to date at BR2 totally not p2w).
Shotguns were always a meme so i also don’t care about them. New class is just for people that hate using planes/tanks/engineers to destroy tanks or a spawn campers.
Pretty disappointing update if you ask me.

It’s consistent with all other open topped TDs. Funnily enough, commander of dicker max was able to pop out back in the past.
But they removed the ability. Rather than adding it to other vehicles.

It’s always been that way for consoles. Instead of wasting the money on a console just buy a gaming PC and plug your controller into it or get a Bluetooth controller. The old saying goes; Consoles are for kids, PC is for Adult gamers
