Unused HMG and AT-guns disappear with the time

Sometimes (when in defence) I build a HMG or AT-gun and I am forced to leave it.

But - the enemy is cleve and does not destroy the structure.

Then - whole team is pushed back to the next point and I cannot go back to destroy that HMG or AT-gun which I built earlier but I also cannot build a new one.

I think that they should they disappear after some time OR disappear the same way as the rally points in the grey zone.

I agree. The most simple solution is that if you try to build a new one, it will warn you that your previous structure of that type will be removed. The same way that rally points are relocated. Sometimes I think the Devs don’t play the game as much as we players do because fixing this issue, in any fashion would be so obvious.

i am really annoyed with that issue. why can’t all constructs just work like rally point. “oh you already hit your cap. okay, building a new one will deconstruct the oldest of that type of stuff”.

it makes playing HMG deploying squad a lot more painful with no real excuse.

I agree 100%. Any structure with a limit of 1 or 2 should receive this.

Not sure if agree or disagree. On one side, it makes sense to be able to rebuild something when you are pushed back and can’t demolish old construction. At the same time, sometimes I just take enemy AT gun and roll it to use it against them.
Deploying an HMG or an AT gun in such a way that you loose them - all your team got killed and you can’t deconstruct it. Is a part of the balance. If you can keep spawning your engineer/mg squads to keep building HMGs and AT guns again and again, then there will be “more” of them during the mission. This can severely offset the balance.
