Same for me, but this upgrade tree need to be somewhere anyway if people wants to upgrade it.
I am pretty sure the tech tree soviet Tanker 2 also has a line for the T-34 E STZ.

Ahhh I getcha, I misunderstood.
The Pz. IV G used to be a vehicle premerge that only Stalingrad Pass owners had access to. When they added it to the TT they also dripped out the old one that the Stalingrad Pass players payed for ages ago.
The only difference is some additional track armor of the front.
That is not entirely correct.
The legacy version has their HE replaced with the 80mm HEAT and in addition to APHE gets access to APCR.
