How to get a new weapon, like MP 38 or MP 40? With parts? I don’t understand lol, and how much do they cost?
You need to unlock them in campaign progress.
At the moment you unlock them, you get one and ability to use silver tickets/slot machine logistics to get more.

so i can unlock mp 38 with one silver ticket in logictics? Somebody said that I need parts to build a weapon, lol, and they can break up, is that true?
Well, as far as I know you need parts to upgrade weapons. Not to actually build them. Silver and bronze (read as gambling) tickets should do it.
If someone already gotten that far in new progression, feel free to correct me.
As far as weapon malfunctions goes, you can sometimes see your weapon getting jammed on reloading process, but that is really it. You won´t loose your weapon unless you disassemble it for spare parts (that are used in upgrade)

You dismantle weapons of low quality to get hte parts to make better ones - so it is only something you do when you have “too many”.
Best to start on the default rifles - you have to dismantle about 10 “zero star” rifles to upgrade 1 to “1 star”, and on it goes.
Same with SMG’s, LMG’s, sniper rifles etc - you have to build up a supply of parts mostly by dismantling low grade ones.
You do get a few parts in the Bronze “random weapon” delivery, but it won’t be enough to upgrade anything - jsut save maybe 1 weapon every now and then.
Yep, exactly. So nothing at all changed in that aspect. I haven´t attempted a single upgrade since wipe.
It is a bit different - all upgrades are 100% success now, but you get fewer parts and it take more of htem - so for hte Soviet 1907 carbine (their basic rifle - no workshop upgrades) you get 2-4 parts per dismantle, and it takes 30 for hte upgrade from zero to 1 star…
I have 1 fully completed workshop upgrade tree for hte PPD-34/38 - and it now gets 6-10 parts and requires 24 to get a 2nd star - so the workshops do make a lot of difference.
Yes but this have nothing to do with aquiring MPs or weapons breaking down which was the original question.
