Thats a cave tank, a special type of tank evolved to live in the dark and damp environment of the Thai cavesystems. Its really silent, so it can hear really well, but does not have any port for the tankers to look outside of.

Yes actually, it has good protection against anti-tank guns, thats why they could not just blast them out
