It seems to me everyone kept talking on forums without mentioning this for 45 minutes (i’ve been trying to login for that amount of time, from UTC 11:25), no one experience it on this day or there are fixes? last time i was playing enlisted were about 15 hours ago

Found the fix to this
Just reopen the installer, assume you are installing on the same location (folder/disk), it does what it do (didnt do anything and no redownload), then just login as usual.
Leaving this for future unknown error.
