I think everything is clear, a Universal Carrier on which the Canadians have installed a 2 pdr anti-tank gun (40mm cannon).

I prefer it to be an APC, but it could also be a tank.
(Originally it was designed as a tank like the Sd.Kfz.251/9, but we have it in the game as an APC. So why not make this one an APC?)
Based on the appearance, it seems to not have enough room to transport large squads. If it was an APC, it should probably only allow small squads to respawn on it unless it’s completely empty.
Nothing is right with the Universal Carrier, you can have 9+4 people in that little APC. 
But I don’t have a problem with it being a tank.
I have something else in mind for APC with Canon for allies:
75m howitzer, an APC similar to the Sd.Kfz.251/9 but for the Allies.

Even if the APC squad only has the driver, there’s going to be some people sharing seats.
