When I was playing enlisted I saw a Soviet sniper with a peculiar detail, a cape and when I saw that an idea occurred to me and a water and tans used by the German and Soviet forces came to mind

In which campaigns would they be?: According to the research I did, they would be in the Moscow, Normandy, Berlin and possible Stalingrad campaigns.
Despite seeming somewhat unnecessary, I think it would look very cool to see on the battlefields.

Maybe have engineers wear them or some other special classes to distinguish them more easily and give more variety in uniforms.
Exactly,for example in the soviet army it was used by snipers and assault scouts and in the german army it was used more in assault troops, snipers and in some machine gunners and riflemen
The soviets are missing their amoeba camouflage helmet covers (only the PPK-42 squad has them), also the berezka amoeba pattern would be nice to see for some squads.
I dunno, I don’t like tanning myself so I don’t see myself having the boys tan either.
