I had something similar the other day, no matter what helmet option I took for a US squad it only displayed if it had netting or not or if it had leaves or not, no goggles, no ammo-clip and no playing cards.
About a year ago I had another bug where one guy in the German Rocket radiosquad just refused to equip gloves, but only on the Battle of the Bulge campaign!

Yeah I had the same thing too, gotta love these sorta of bugs.

Some of the German helmets are bugged too. The black helmets with the brown straps wrapped around them will appear without the straps when you select to wear the helmet (Other helmets are probably bugged too, this is just the one that I have noticed)

what good are the uniforms if you don’t even know where the hell you are going? It is nonsense. Same as camo.
