How must you defend a place with 10 god players on The opposite team and everyone i play with in my team i doesn’t defend the point its 99% Defeat Defeat on my side take the option to play with friends away its bullshit let everyone play for themselves take communication away between friends playing together.!!!
this is unfortunately normal. sometimes you have almost only gold players as opponents… then the match is actually already over 
If you see the other team stacked with Marshals and your team all silver rank; leave the match. If you have XP bonus up, accept defeat but make it as painful for the other team as possible

Leaving a match because you see too much gold is so freaking stupid, I dont know what else to say to this nonsense.
You do realize that, by just playing meta factions, you can literally be carried to the so called “gold rank” in one or two days?

I concur! This is dumb advice, I’ve kill so many people who are Marshals because all they do is sit in tanks.

welcome to Enlisted where the game is free to play but it doesn’t have matchmaking, where the dev releases more premium squads than game improvements, where you are tempted to purchase premium account for password custom matches and quicker levelling up or purchase premium squads to give you an upper hand against free players and then theres the servers where you get lags, desyncs, sometimes disconnected and a complete overload in a 10V10 full player match.
I also agree that ranks mean shit, i never focused on getting higher ranks but just playing the game win or lose depending on the team. However you cannot argue that there are times where Marshals are high levelled or full premium squad players and 5 of them at once can mow down the opposing team easily, this is problem due to the progression system.

Every campaign is essentially playerbase stacked to one side do to lack of players and the fact that no one really enjoys getting stompt. This is something you will unfortunately have to deal with until campaings are reworked and grind is reduced.
That being said, teams with all gold can be utter trash.
Yes and no. You can’t prohibit the game to let 4 marshals (probably skilled as well) play together. It happens.
When I play with friends, i can literally play every campaign, faction or whatsoever. It’ll be an easy win.
Playing with enlisted friends is absolutely powerful!!

whats unfair is that im FORCED to play with 300+ ping with people that only have 20-50 ping
Making both sides earn campaign experience, instead of forcing players to focus on 1, 2 or other, should alleviate the unfairness problem:
