So I’m playing Battle of Moscow on the Soviet side. The teams are evenly spread, but the germans are waaaaay ahead in weapons. They have mgs and artillery which they spam like hell while sitting in dark corners, while my whole team has only mosins with one ppd in the mix. Honestly, a bit frustrating.

How is that possible? Yesterday i was playing couple of matches on Moscow exclusively with russians only, and its win/lose almost 50% of the time, keep in mind that sometimes the teams were not evenly spread, with the germans getting more peoples in their team. What is not balanced?
I’m not talking about win/loss. It’s more about Germans having mgs, artillery and sometimes tanks that you can’t penetrate (but that’s probably just me being me). It’s just not that fun being blasted away while on point.
Soviets have MGs too. Inferior but it exists. But best to stick with the PPDs which are better than the German SMGs.
The T-60 cannot penetrate Pz III E. I don’t think any other tank exists in either side which can’t penetrate each other. The rest of the Soviet tanks are arguably better than the German ones in their specific roles.
It goes both ways in my experience. I am in atleast 2-3 games every time I play in which the Soviet team won’t stop calling artillery on the capture point. It’s not a German only thing.

If you load up an infantry squad, they start with guns that kill in ONE SHOT. So OP.
Use that tip to dominate the krauts.
Even that still makes it a very decent anti-infantry tank. I would even say that it’s the best anti-infantry tank. Its cannon can easily pen all wooden houses, you can pretty much just strafe a house from one side to another and kill people inside. The rest of the tanks require more precise aiming as their HE shell might overpen or explode on external wall. When you meet a tank that you can’t pen, just brake his tracks and leave him to die. I wish we could get some extra crew earlier, I would keep it for whole campaign.
I would say it is eh, but nothing is worse then playing against the Americans as a German. They call in artillery every 5 seconds and camp every single stairwell with some sort of either BAR or other Mg. And we’re just running around with the eh smg and Kar 98s, not that Kar 98s are bad in anyway, but vs stairwell camping BARs everywhere… yikes.
T-60 excels in it’s anti tank capabilities as well. Result of it’s ingenious armor and the lack of good tanks on the German side until III E and also due to the incompetency of German players. But it is what it is.
Rarely happens in T-60 vs III E engagements. Could just be bad players.
The moment the gunner is down, T-60 is toast. I can only remember one instance in which my tracks were damaged. And that took 2 T-60s flanking but only after I took down like 6 of them already. Still managed to disable them both with a shot to the frontal armor. And then taking my wee bit of time to fix the tracks before destroying both the tanks.
The 2 man crew is all that’s preventing an Axis player’s riot.
MM problem. You are playing during slot time when there is not enough players so it mixes whatever players it can find, specially lvl 32 against low level players. Select of the country server or change campaign or quit until you find a balanced server.
Now everybody keep deserting when they see the game is too much unbalanced (stuart vs Panther A or bolt rifle vs MMG). You will have no other choice to quit since the game will be even more unbalanced.
There is even an achievement for staying more than 8 min.
