Also its easier to upgrade vehicles now so I can just bring a fully upgraded Panther without using a gold card in Normandy.
I got a way for it to make more realistic for paratroopers can operate in the gray zone a bit and maybe limit them to 3 to 2 squads deployed at a time

How about just… switching to US server??? Allies in normandy are bs, but at US server patiotic muricans play allies, so usually allies do have some advantage in regard of level. Playing ru/eu in european prime is painful for allies. Also try moscow campaign it has some problems with balance, but it is still pretty balanced. Tunisia is a turnover towards germans IMHO now, berlin is a very weird campaign due to huge amount of city battles and enormous amounts of full-auto guns. IMHO, the best for noob will probably be the Tunisia just cuz it has a ton of bad guns so it gives you time to react on different events. Berlin is just a reaction game where you have to shoot first, normandy is most unbalanced, moscow is decent, but since it is the oldest campaign you will probably have hard times playing with bolts against fully equipped soviets of german mgs.
Nasty position
I was of your opinion, early on. Enlisted is a game worth putting time into. Like a sport you gotta be bad for a while, except way less time than a sport.
Other than that kewl grindy pic above… Level 4 all your guys and guns. Spend some time running around the map and forget your score. Learn. Persevere. Or, uh, play Splitgate?
