One of the biggest hassles when changing around squads to play with is, IMO, that you often have limited equipment and have to unequip a squad you don’t want to use just now in order to use its gear with another squad, plus you can’t examine squads in the screen where you move them to/from reserve.
It’s obviously not so bad once you get up many levels and can buy everything for everyone or nearly so.
I still find it irritating that I can’t look up the content of a squad in the selection menu - this one:
Suggestions:
1/ be able to examine the content of a squad in this menu - perhaps a right click option; and
2/ be able to automatically unequip a squad that is in reserve - similar to how we can “remove unnecessary equipment” from a soldier in reserve (which was a most welcome addition a year or so ago or whenever it was added - I remember what it was like before it!)
