In the U.S. tech tree at BR3, there’s no effective counter to the A6M3 (with its unbeatable turn rate) or the Fw 190 A-8 (with its blistering speed and firepower). The solution? Deploy the P-51D-10 at BR3. Meanwhile, at BR4, the P-51D-20 loaded with two M65A1 bombs fills the gap perfectly.
The P51 is the best fighter in br3 by some margin.
The FW flight model is a joke.
The BF does not even have a bomb load at br3.
The japanese dont even have a br3 fighter.
It seems really unnecessary to add yet another p51 for the allies at br3.

Don’t turn fight a turn-fighter.
There’s your solution, stop giving me free kills, use superior energy and speed, you can outrun me, you can outsmart me, you can outgun me. Dive away in close quatres, gain altitude if far away and ambush me, just don’t for the love of good fight me on my own grounds.
That is the problem here, braindead pilots, the ammount of times I’ve been taken out by a P-38 why came out of nowhere and blew of my tail in a single boom and soom are unnumbered. That’s how you’re supposed to do it! Not to mention US aicraft by their nature have a huge energy advantage by spawning in the air rather than having to take off from a carrier. Energy is king, you can win.
Also buffing the US TT line due to the enemy having a slightly better premium version of a BR 2 plane, it’s silly.
But I do still agree with more stuff, always good with more stuff, just disagree with the premise why it’s “needed”.
