Type Otsu vs Type Hei vs Type 38

Of these rifles, which one is best for Japan BR3?

Type Otsu, Type Hei, or Type 38

Also, am I the only one that thinks Type Otsu needs a slight damage buff?

Type Hei is the best in low BR.

Honestly, I kind of lean towards the Otsu in BR3. The sights would be questionable IRL but in the game I rather like them. Couple that with virtually no recoil and a reasonably fast reload, and the lack of damage doesn’t seem all that bad.

That said, I’d take the Hei 10 over the Otsu.
