This one is a little hazy on details, but as you can see in the pic the main gun has been replaced and used as a launcher for a Bangalore Torpedo-based rocket. There is also a multi-launch system of rockets on the engine deck which were fired with detonating cords, like the Matilda Hedgehog. The bangalore torpedo was mostly a anti-barbed-wire device, carrying 9lbs (4.1 kg) of explosive filling per torpedo section, of which the US WW2 version contained two sections with 4 inches of TNT booster and a middle section containing 80-20 amatol mixture. They were often fixed with a blunt nose so they could be shoved through obstacles, similar to the nose cone seen poking out of the barrel in the image below.
