How effective is the perk?
for a low level perk its a good filler, definitely better than the other yellow perks (except for fast weapon switch, which is a great perk)

Honestly, its a must for most automatic weapons, it helps a lot.
Even with low BR semi-auto guns like Armaguerra its a superb perk.
