Is there a tank or cannon in the Tunisian campaign capable of destroying a Sherman tank and its crew with one shot?

Yeah, premium one. I destroyed with PZ III N from side since he didn’t pay attention to me.

But I don’t remember if I shot him into turret or not. I think I did. Nevertheless, It was definitely one shot kill.

Btw. Try to shoot on its cannon. You can destroy it with pretty much any tank (but sometimes you need more hits). And that’s basically everything you need. They load HE and wait for crew popping out. Or you can completely ignore him.

you just got ammo racked most likely

You just get ammoracked, sherman is not immortal outiside the AB41 all other axis tank can kill you if they flank you, know were your ammo are or shoot directly in the turret

Pretty much every tank can be oneshoted.

I see. That is where it is happening. One shot to the turret and the Sherman I am in is destroyed. All crew dead.

Panzer IV F2 dies too fast compared to its counterparts while also dealing way too little damage.

I wouldn’t say the Sherman is overperforming, its just that German 7.5 cm guns are underperforming and in desperate need of a massive buff.

A topic for another post. I am not interested in the Panzer. I was asking if the Axis in Tunisia have a tank or cannon capable of destroying the Sherman tank and its crew with one shot.

You can 1 shot the Sherman up to 160m or so with the 75/32 M41 APCBC shell. 75/32 M41 is the Italian tank destroyer unlocked at level 18.

Shoot the MG port at the hull or shoot at the weak spot at the right side of the turret if it’s looking at your direction. The US shaved off a chunk of armor from the inside of the turret in order to fit the drive mechanism.

All of the german tanks other than the AB-41 can severely damage if not one-shot the Sherman II from the front. You just have to aim for the driver viewport.

Armour has been behaving strangely on everything lately. People have been reporting improbable 1 hit kills and improbable bounces in all campaigns for around a week.
