So, having now played both sides in Tunisia, here are some of the biggest issues I have with this campaign.
Destruction mode
This mode really isn’t very fun.
The points can be incredibly easy to defend, resulting in most matches either failing to take one point or stalling on one of two objectives. There should be a bonus ticket boost for when one of the two points is destroyed.
This needs serious rework, because it just isn’t fun and it noticeably becomes one sides as human players back out if the points are contested for too long.
Bikes
The bike squads are fun, but overly pointless, the premium squad, unsurprisingly, is insanely powerful, being equipped with 2 riders and an SMG equipped engineer.
The unlockable squad, however, it less useful, with 2 men who rarely survive more than a few minutes.
I’d be interested to see where this goes in the future, but at the moment, I feel its either take the premium squad or don’t bother.
Tanks
As usual, the tanks are an issue, the AB41 is incredibly powerful as an anti infantry weapon capable of eating hundreds of shells before finally dying, the british Daimler AC is about as useful as a chocolate fireguard.
I’ve not unlocked the Italian TD, but heard it isn’t great, while the Grant is a useful, if not too powerful, vehicle.
Engineers
Why was the engineer squad a level 9 unlock?
WHY?!
Destruction mode would be more fun with a short/nonexistent delay after arming. The objectives are too easy to defend because arming takes time, and then the delay is super long. If they guys defending an armed charge are gonna have to die when it blows anyway, just cut half the defense necessary out of the mode and have it blow on arming.
Britain is completely OP and I’m already max level because I win 90% of games. Axis has extremely bad weapons and tanks that stand no chance in close combat or against infantry. The tank explosive shells seems very heavy, you have to aim high because the round is so thick and heavy, it makes a big cloud of dust but not even a hit marker on the infantry. And it got no machinegun. Result is steamroll win for Britain, unless the map has natural chokepoint like that fort map.
Yes, good players go play Britain because they got better weapons and win more easily. Few people enjoy losing game after game. They lose a few times, then they switch side.
for starters it’s britan and america, just like how the axis is italy and germany. though that is besides the point since some of the weapons that the axis get, from what i played with on normandy and tunisia, aren’t weak except for maybe mp28 which means that the higher win rates for the allies is due to them having better players german mains tend to be questionable skilled anyways
Every map comes down to capturing a point in close combat. Britain has superior smgs with twice as many bullets. I’m max level Britain and win 90% of the games because axis weapons and tanks are almost useless against infantry.
No, the axis weapons like, the allied, are good.
Stock, they aren’t much, but thats the idea of upgrading them.
The Axis tanks, as already said, are quite good and NO TANK is designed for close combat. If you find the enemy infantry are too close, you are playing them wrong.
They only win easily, because Axis players are still on Normandy because of the Panther or Mp44.
Disagree entirely, The M1A1 is probably the only good smg, but it has to be used of semi auto or you end up wasting most of your shots.
Nobody is dedicated axis or allied players. People pick the strongest team first because winning is fun and losing is not fun. Britain has smg with twice as many bullets and every single map is about capturing a point in close combat. I don’t think you have tried the axis tanks, they have no machineguns. Not even when they have machinegun because the magazine is tiny and the reload is so long. Axis HE is completely underpowered and won’t kill infantry like the British tanks. Tunisia is almost unplayable as axis.
tunisia got so boring to me after grinding axis side that i m taking a huge pause untill the release something besides another thompson on yet another level.
got bored of it, even italian weapons had nothing special to me to a point that only the premium fnab was worth using. what a mess…
maybe one day it ill be more fun.
destruction is indeed boring and way way more easy to win as atacker.

Sten is OP compared to first axis smg, and it’s very cheap and easy to upgrade to max level so you will keep the sten the entire campaign. Axis only get better smg much later, the grind there is too painful for most players and beretta is much more expensive to upgrade because it comes so late bronze orders will be wasted on other things like tank rifles and other rifles that are no better then the first one. Try playing both sides.
as i keep saying it’s because MP28 is just terrible, it doesn’t matter what campaign it’s on, it’s just bad also sten isn’t really that controllable while mp28 is. or at least i can get more consistence shots with the m28 still a bad gun
I love that people say that Tunisia Axis weapons are bad when the Tunisia Axis have the Beretta M1 (one of the best SMG’s in the game), the Carcano Sniper (probably the best bolt sniper in the game before the Enfield Sniper comes out), and the Armaguerra which outclasses the M1 Carbine. Both sides of Tunisia have pretty obvious strengths and weaknesses, people just dont play Axis because 90% of unlocks past level 12 are just repeats from the other Axis campaigns
Yes, it’s one of reasons why axis lose 90% of games on Tunisia. Apart from having practically no machineguns on their tanks and high explosive rounds that deals almost no damage to infantry. But people think Allies win because of good players. I win allies and I lose axis. I don’t feel it’s very difficult to win as Britain.
dude ive shot he shots from the a13 directly in front of squads of infantry and killed at most 3 of them and even then mostly 1 or none. i just play allies more bcause the teams are better on average. i dont agree with allies being the better faction based on equipment bcause ive been whooped multiple times as britain
