- make smoke arty have less cooldown (currently is 240s/120s)
- more smoke round (currently is 6)
- smoke last longer (currently is 30s)
Or just make them fire white phosphorus Shells,I think this will must be cooler and more realistic than firing harmless smoke.
id say the other major thing that smoke arty needs, to be in it’s own category.
so it can be called even if someone already called the other arty.
I have reservations about this
Smoke arty block less time compare to normal arty
So I prefer to keep the immersion that arty fire one round type at a time
They should make smoke artillery last 60 seconds
I mean you can also make the argument that there is a nearby 81/120mm mortar battery with smoke shells nearby.
Hell you could even add smoke pots from aircraft.

Smoke arty is goated. Idk if it need buff? It could be separated from normal arty so they don’t block eachother maybe.

Some clowns are gonna block the (smoke) arty with useless airstrikes all battle long as usual…
increasing time would be perfect and more spread also…it would be fun, currently no one uses smoke… everyone shootzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
I disagree with this, otherwise we would fight in constant smoke.
What smoke arty really needs is to actually reward player with points/exps in some way.
Would be less useful and more annoying. I dont wanna kill my teammates
Airstrike should be seperated, a plane should not prevent artillery guns from being fired.
I stand behind this fully. The other day my team and I got saved, by calling a smoke screen cover for a tank that was camping our vehicle spawn. I called it from my APC and drove safely into a perfect flanking position without being spotted. So yeah, bring on the smoke.
