Too many bombs are making this game not funny anymore

As I told already before this game is becoming unplayable due too many bombs coming continuously .
(expecially in Normandy maps)

I get killed so many times from bombs coming from everywhere and every time without the possibility to avoid this or just stay away from the fighting aerea .

I ask once again to developper if something can be done to reduce somehow this situation.

first, I’m absolutely against nerfs, but if people need help, make bunkers and trenches secure places where you can hyde if is comming a plane or artillery.

But I don’t see a war game without artillery, explosions and planes. Artillery and bombing runs must be deadly

Yes, something can be done - you can stop being predictable and use your brain. 90% of the times shelling can be avoided if you are creative with the route you take. Kill two birds with one stone - avoid being ripped to pieces, and surprise your enemy by showing up from where you were never expected.
It does require you to know the map well - I still get anally raped in Normandy, because I only play it occasionally. But it is possible.

Take a fighter and problem solved in less than a minute or use the AA, that’s what i’m doing and it’s work well. everyone who’s complaining about bombs everyday on this forum on a battlefield like game can go on call of duty ww2

CAS Spam is an actual problem, though. Deny it all you like, but it is there.

I don’t even use weapons - I land enemy planes using sheer will power. What you gotta do is look the pilot directly in the eyes, concentrate and start masturbating vigorously.
Works 97% of the times. They land to ask WTF is wrong with you, they just have to know.

People always complain about bombers, but they have fighters since low level and can solve the problem.

I learn to play? I enjoy playing under preassure, explosions and flanking.
You sound like you are playing a genre you don’t really like. This is a war game, explosions are expected. I recommend you learn to play or go playing CSGO where the bigger explosion is a grenade.

U missed a big point there, unless you pay you have a single vehicle slot, being forced to use a fighter just to counter a broken plane able to wipe out 30 people with a raid is not the way to go. Nerf plane bombs and missiles, is simple as that, after the he buff they even kill you when inside buildings and to all the people say to avoid it, good luck doing that when u have to cap a point and you get your squad wiped away by the same dude every 80 seconds.

you can kill a bomber and the next second another one spawns. Literally unlimited amount of bombers, stop being dilutional and arguing that “muuh just use a fighter”

This is a war game, but war does not occur on 500x500m battlefields with bombing runs every 2 minutes because of magic in-flight rearming.

Plus, the issue with bomber planes is that they are the only unit that forces you to play one of its only two counters, which are both very restrictive :

  1. Play a fighter, if you have one in slot, if the plane slot is open, if you don’t mind not playing the squads you want to level up.
  2. Use your engie squad, build an AA, spend most of your time watching the skies not playing the game.

Compare this to tanks, which also are part of war :

  1. Spawn in another tank
  2. Use bombers (the unit class), you can put them in most non specialist squad
  3. Use explosion packs (every soldier can equip one)
  4. Use your engie squad to build an AT Gun
  5. Use a flamethrower (hard but I cooked a few crews with it)
  6. Use a fighter and hit its roof with rockets
  7. Use a bomber (the plane) and drop a bomb somewhere around it.
  8. Avoid it ! With tanks it is an option, they require LOS and don’t kill you through buildings.

So yeah

Part of the problem is fighter usage. The bombers are big, slow pigs with wings, and can easily be killed by a fighter if they stopped ground attacks for a moment.
