Holding E or Q to lean feels a little weird to me, It’d be cool to have a toggle feature kinda like R6’s controls. That is all <3
Would appreciate if we could do this one console. It can but it does it automatically when ads, it’s bothersome cuz it does it without warning throwing off aim.
Oh and you can change the button input to force it to toggle . There’s a button while in cintrols that keeps the same control but changes how long must be held, toggle, double click etc.
This game is hardly slow or thoughtful enough for manual leaning to be a feature at all. All it leads to is people leaning in the open like dufuses, destroying immersion some more. That being said, I wish all functions had an option to change the type of input. Technically you can do that in the settings already, but it doesn’t do anything.

Every time i see someone lean spamming in the middle of an open field i instinctively say “this isnt siege bro” out loud to myself.
It cracks me up every time. Love those guys.

Honestly hate it personally, they do it because it works, they’re much harder to hit (especially with bolt actions)… They should make it less snappy, like how they changed all the jump/vault/melee functionality. Make it more of a decision instead of just dodging bullets by swinging your head around at light speed.

Not sure if it actually makes the spamming clowns difficult to hit. It does train you to aim at the lower torso, though, which I personally find annoying. I’d much rather try and go for the satisfying headhots even when they are not necessary.
I find leaning a necessity in the open sometimes, but not without reason like some weirdos keep doing:
It’s useful when a dum dum decide It’s a good idea to stand just in front of you, thinking he might do better…
… so I lean, thus using them as meat shields
