Tips for a BR1 noob

As many folks have said here. Rally points and engineers win games, and it’s very very true. I also highly recommend that once you progress into BR2 equipment you consider APCs, they’re really helpful to get within 70-50 metres of the objective if you can. Then you can have that and a rally as a spawn point for you and your allies!

As for BR1 guns the grease gun once upgraded hits pretty hard, though it may shoot slow it shoots pretty straight with basic zero recoil, so you remain pretty effective at most ranges. Once you get to BR2 go for the Thompson right away, absolutely the best BR2 SMG for the Allies.

And for BR1 rifle, I personally recommend going for whichever bolt action rifle has the fastest fire rate, or just go with the one you prefer the iron sights of the most. But when you get to BR2 either the M1 carbine or the Lee Enfield rifles are fantastic.

Learn to love the Engineers Squad, Add engineer specialists to all squads.

become adept at killing vehicles (cooking explosive packs, AT weapons). This will get events done fast

The game is about rallies and momentum…Constantly build them, constantly hunt them

…oh, and develop thick skin. Make your own fun. theres going to be alot of stomping (low BR Allies).

Enjoy yourself

The run perk is indeed useful.

For BR one, I enjoy the enfield BA, the M5A1 is an amazing tank and is a must get, the hurricane is another really good aircraft for BR1, the sten isnt half bad at all either. The Ithica can be fun, but I think that might be more acquired taste.

I do really recommend playing with the “play any army” button turned on, it makes a massive different with the grind with up to a 50% bonus every match. Though only do that once you make a nice BR1 lineup for everyone.

It also means you can enjoy the spectrum of flavours enlisted has to offer and should help starve off boredom from using the same tanks and weapons and etc all the time.

My Lineup for BR1 just for example, plus average rifleman loadout.

Too bad that thing is t4 in research. It will take months to get there without premium. They should honestly update the research trees. Almost everything is misplaced due to many br changes

Took me about 2 months without prem to get there pre RP cost reduction, its not too bad honestly, you can normally make 10k RP a game F2P. Honestly the worst part of F2P is the lack of squad slots.
