If time of building rally is faster twice or 1.5 times than now, It will be good for users.
faster rally built, the more soldiers are coming to points, also defenders who are connected in game already started will not be in hurry.

Yeah i feel building rally take too much time and that’s one of the reason people don’t build rally that often: It is too risky and it’s better just do more kills
there is the ability to reduce construction time by 50%

I think build times in general should probably be brought down a bit, and the speed up perk nerfed so that the fastest possible build time stays the same. Right now building without it is just, painful, but with it suddenly its pretty snappy.
In my personal opinion, even if i feel the same abut building time, i have to say that i think its better to leave it like it is now. A rally point which gives a strong enhancement in your teams fighting power shouldn’t be spammed around too hard so a little time investment is suitable for that.

Never paid attention to that, so im a bit surprised after I’ve played 900 matches. 
it doesn’t reduce by 50%, it reduces it by 1/3

How long does it take now, 5 or 6 seconds? Certainly under 10. I think people need to expand their attention spans so they don’t get bored in 3 seconds

more like 12s but you are right it really isn’t that long. this is a f2p fps so adhd kids with goldfish attention spans are going to be everywhere, that’s probably why you don’t see many rallies (they don’t realise that rally will shorten their travel time and save more time in the long run)
