It would be great if the objectives were locked for a short amount of time after the previous one had been captured by the attacking team.
As it stands now it feels like you can run through a single game in 5 minutes thanks to the strategy of sneaking squads past the active point to the next one and waiting there.
It doesn’t have to be a long time lock either, maybe 10-20 seconds just to give the defending team an actual chance to reach their new objective as well.

It because defender have unlimited respawn, if we give even 1minute of lock down to cap zone, defender can abuse hit for killing assaulter

I think it could prevent the rush.

That is why I suggested 15-20 seconds, not an entire minute.
I also think one minute would be way too much to be honest.
