Prevent people from spawning tier 1 and 2 tanks and planes at a tier 5 match
They can spawn tier 3 stuff onwards

No, there are still some good BR1 planes where you have good reason to use at BR3 (I said BR3 since BR3 fights BR5 about 20% of the time)
It doesn’t make sense to hurt BR3 players even more when they get uptiered 2 tiers.
I would also like to add the flamethrower tanks. Although I don’t have them, they are also extremely popular at BR3+

IAR (BR1 fighter) is my choice for BR5 germany. great ordnance, great turn time, great guns.
i suppose a good BR2 HE lobber tank can get a lot of kills in any BR (will die fast too, but that means it won’t be clogging the tank spawn)

I think it would be far more appropriate locking tanks to their tier. I.e If you’re in BR II, you shouldnt face BR III or IV tanks/planes.
Likewise BR III should never face BR IV or V tanks/planes.
That will make the game much fairer and more enjoyable.

Some BR I tanks are great infantry support vehicles, like the T-60s you mentioned and the AB-41. I love using the AB at BR V as an IFV.
A few days ago I saw a Panzer II in Berlin.
The guy was definitely not a noob, he knew what he was doing. Out lived a Panther and 2 Panzers IVs even though he was closer to the objective.
Got a bunch of kills too.
I thought that I would OHK him with my IS-2 but my shell just went through him 
Than later as I was still hunting for him, I got taken out by a sneaky AT rambo so I technically lost against the Panzer II.
