It’s extremely tedious hovering over my soldiers 1 by 1 to check if they’re tier I or tier II. Please add a lil’ II next to the icon for higher tier troops.

They do have 2 stripes in their shoulder tag icon vs 1 - but it’s still not instantly obvious!!
ahaha I didn’t know what that icon was for and I had gotten so used to ignoring it that my eyes were sliding off! Thanks for pointing that out.

They are called Latin numerals
or you mean the thing like sniper 1, 2 and 3 that you unlocked later in thae cmaapign if so there’s a simbol in hteir rank you don’t need to hover over them individually
not sure if thread is necro but what are the differences between Trooper I and Trooper II for example?
I’m making a squad of exclusively T II troops but I don’t see much difference and whatever I see could be me being biased and wanting for them to be different somehow
T2 get an extra perk - if you look in the Campaign menu and click on the troop type it tells you what they get.
The Engineer II gets to build the old CBT style MG nests - not sure about the others getting any extra ability yet
