The issue is not the Krieghoff being too high, but rather the type Hei LMG being too low. The japanese weapon is a slightly improved version of the Type Hei Auto, which is a BR5 select fire rifle (and one of the best weapon in the game), reclassified as an MG, without any of the drawbacks, and lowered at BR4 for money reasons.

Compare Krieghoff to USA/Russian equivalent and you will see that its the worst weapon of parachute BR V equipment right now

Yeah real stats are even less favourable for FG it’s actually all FG paratroopers and there are 2 of them.

In my honest opinion it needs to stay in tier V. It also needs to slightly have its rate of fire above 460. Let’s say for balancing purposes, 500. The actual weapon made by Kreighof company, hence the name based it off the regular FG42. And that was capable of 750 to 800. But it was also a very horrible weapon for the Germans to use as it’s recoil was almost uncontrollable in full auto. So I think 500 would make the recoil more accurate within full auto, But it would also have a little more fire rate. If need be vertical and horizontal recoil can be slightly adjusted This way it can match closer to its real life counterpart while still maintaining realistic and gameplay balance while still being a viable weapon. I don’t think it needs to hit that 750 But 500 would do it justice.

That was meant to be something exclusive to the Russians because it took so long for Russian paratroopers to finally arrive. But that argument can now be considered invalid since we now just recently got Japanese paratroopers. The only previous Japanese paratroopers that were in the game were a single event squad from about a year ago.

The original FG42 yes, it was very harsh on horizontal recoil and you can even notice that in the video. That’s why most of the time they either burst or did it in semi-auto. If I remember correctly they had a revision to howl it released its gases so the later models had a fair amount of recoil less but was still kicking horizontal more than they should have.
Probably better to up the Type Hei LMG rather than drag down the Krieghoff
